About

A small company
with a stubborn idea.

The non-alcoholic category was broken. We didn't set out to make another almost-beer. We set out to make something better — and to share creative control of the glass.

01 · The problem we saw

Non-alcoholic was a second-class experience.

NA drinks cost as much as real beer. Tasted like a compromise. Loaded you with calories. And treated the non-drinker like a second-class consumer with a smaller menu and a higher bill. That wasn't good enough.

  • ×Inflated price for shipped water
  • ×Flat flavor and dialed-back character
  • ×Empty calories and heavy sugar loads
  • ×An afterthought menu, not a designed one
02 · Who we are

A small business in the Pacific Northwest, obsessed with craft.

We believed you could have a true non-alcoholic experience — without the sacrifice. So we set out to build one. Independent. PNW-grounded. Quietly stubborn about doing the work properly.

03 · What we built

A concentrate, made for the best flavor.

ClearBarrel is a hop-forward syrup concentrate. Add a measure to the sparkling water of your choice and pour a sophisticated craft beverage — anywhere. No alcohol. No inflated cost. No sacrifice.

Our proximity to the world's premier hop-growing region shapes how we source and how we formulate. We make the part that's hard to do well — the hops, the balance, the build — and leave the water, the glass, and the moment to you.

Mission
We make the concentrate. You bring the water. Pour what you want, where you want, when you want — without compromise.
Roadmap · Ambition, not promises
